    Verify your identity, sign your documents, connect your three-bureau reports, and tell NOVA what you believe may be inaccurate.

    Review and dispute

    Your file enters the Credit Now review process. Potential inaccuracies are documented and prepared for the appropriate dispute process — with human oversight before any dispute is finalized.

  5. Step 5
    Track and build

    Follow your progress in your dashboard, receive updates, complete personalized credit-building actions, and prepare for future financial goals.
