Privacy Policy (Draft)

Credit Now takes the privacy and security of consumer data seriously. This is a placeholder policy. Final language is pending review by qualified counsel and must comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), state financial-privacy laws, and applicable data-protection regulations.

The information you provide is used to review your credit reports, deliver the services you request, respond to communications, and improve the service. Data is transmitted and stored using encryption in transit and at rest.

We do not sell personal financial information. Third-party service providers used for credit-report retrieval, dispute processing, communications, and analytics are bound by contract to protect your information.

California, Colorado, Virginia, and other state residents have additional rights regarding access, deletion, correction, portability, and opt-out. Formal instructions on how to exercise these rights will be finalized prior to launch.

Draft only. Not a legally binding version.
