This document is a placeholder for the Credit Now Terms of Service. Final language is pending review by qualified counsel and must comply with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state credit-services-organization statutes, and all applicable consumer-protection regulations.

By using the Credit Now website and services, you acknowledge that Credit Now does not guarantee any specific credit-score changes, deletion of accounts, or approval for any lending product, and that accurate, timely information generally cannot be legally removed from a credit report merely because it is unfavorable.

You further acknowledge that you have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with the credit-reporting agencies at no cost.

Final billing terms, cancellation rights, dispute-resolution procedures, and arbitration language will be finalized prior to public launch.
